Institute for Workforce Education in KSA (IWEKSA) is a subsidiary of Ingress Partners with a joint partnership between Red Rocks Community College (RRCC), Rocky Mountain Education Center (RMEC), and the State of Colorado Higher Education Board.

Rocky Mountain Education Center (RMEC) is the continuing education division of Red Rocks Community College located near Denver Colorado. The Rocky Mountain Education Center was one of the original four OSHA Training Institute Education Centers authorized by DOL/OSHA?DTE in the United States in 1992. In addition to " Safety " training, RMEC provides courses for Energy & Environmental training, Water Waste Management training, as well as other courses in construction safety, railroad safety, fire safety and many more safety related programs.
The Rocky Mountain Education Center (RMEC) serves as one of Region VIII's OSHA Training Institute Education Centers. It is one of the original pilot OSHA training centers established by the U.S. Department of Labor in 1992. IWEKSA in partnership with RMEC provides occupational safety, health, environment and business training needs of our clients to produce efficient and profitable solutions for the employers.
The Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) is the principal department of the Colorado state government responsible for implementing the policies of the Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE). The departments coordinating policy for the state's 28 public colleges and universities as well as many more private schools. IWEKSA is partnered with one out of the main five departmental agencies under the CDHE.
The Colorado Community College System is governed by a nine-member State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education (SBCCOE). The Board is unique in the nation, with responsibility for both secondary and post-secondary career and technical education and community college governance.
